At FullMetalGolf.com, customer’s satisfaction is always our top priority. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Our professional quality control and assurance service always check your items before the shipment. However, you may carefully and accurately check your size or dimensions for the item before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts or specifications on the item page.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
1) Return Due To Change Of Mind
We will happily accept returns due to a change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 15-21 days of receipt of the item and are returned to us in the original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
A 15% restocking fee in tis case will be charged for returns.
2) Warranty Returns
We will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Full Metal Golf to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for your order.
Once returns are received and accepted, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in-store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available). We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be fully processed by your financial institution.
