When will my order be shipped?

We try our best to ship your order as fast as we can. Please allow 2-4 days of processing time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 5-21 business days. Due to COVID-19, your order might be delayed.

Tracking numbers will be updated 1-3 days after your order has been shipped. If you don’t have a tracking number after 7 business days, please contact us.

Hong long does it take to receive my order?

It normally takes from 5 to 30 business days to receive your order. Here’s the usual shipping time for different countries and areas:

Ship to United States/Europe: 4 – 18 business days

Ship to other countries or areas: 8 – 30 business days

Do I need to pay shipping fee?

No, we offer FREE shipping worldwide.

I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?

Don’t worry, simply contact us within 24 hours after you placed the order, together with your name, order number, and the correct address.

No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.

Track Your Order

How do I track my order?

When your order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from us with your tracking number included in it. The tracking info will be sent to you in about 1 to 3 business days after the order is being processed.

I never received the email with the tracking number!

Please check your spam folder in your email. If you still can’t find it, please contact us with your purchasing email and name, we will get back to you ASAP.

Cancel Order / Exchange / Return / Refund

I don’t like the product / it doesn’t fit, what do I do?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all products. If you find that you don’t like the order or it doesn’t fit, simply contact us with your name and order number, and we will guide you through the return/exchange process.

You will need to pay the return shipping fee, and a 15% restocking fee will be charged for returns.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty within 24 hours. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

The item arrived damaged, what should I do?

We make sure every item we send is well examined and packed, but if it’s damaged when you receive it, please contact us and attach the picture(s) of the damaged item, as well as your name and order number, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Please contact us within 30 days and you will get a full refund.

I received the wrong product, what should I do?

If you received the wrong merchandise, please retain the box, packaging, and all contents and contact us.
