FullMetalGolf is proud to offer free international shipping to over 200 countries for all orders. We focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as safely and quickly as possible.

Our partnered warehouses are located in Europe, China, and the USA, depending on the inventory of the item(s) at each warehouse at the time you purchase, items will be shipped accordingly. If you order more than one item, they might be packed and shipped separately from different warehouses.

Shipping Time

Ship to United States/Europe: 4 – 18 business days

Ship to other countries or areas: 8 – 30 business days

It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Cancellation

You have 24 hours after completing your payment to request for an order to be canceled prior to dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, you will have to go through our standard Returns and Exchange Policy.

Customs

Please note that we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
